Adam grew up in the beauty of the PNW near Portland, OR. He moved to the Silverton area in 2012 to farm and teach at GeerCrest Farm. His interest in Massage Therapy was actually first sparked after receiving acupuncture and craniosacral therapy while farming in Colorado in 2009. Adam went on to receive his training at the Kauai-based Pacific Center of Awareness and Bodywork in 2010. While mindful of structure and posture, Adam blends a number of modalities – connective tissue, deep tissue, Lomilomi, and Swedish – into sessions that are both nourishing for the nervous system and supportive of deep tension release. Adam still actively farms vegetables, herbs, flowers and dairy goats, as part of a passion to support holistic wellness.

Dr. Tiffany Prado, DACM, is an acupuncturist specializing in pain and anxiety relief, traumatic accident recovery, sleep disturbances, and natural fertility enhancement.

As a licensed acupuncturist since 2009, and a massage therapist since 2004, Dr. Prado’s goal is elevating your own body systems’ ability to heal and thrive, and empowering you with tools to understand and heal your body long term. She starts with a complete picture of your well-being, assessing and discussing your current health and personal goals. Working with you, she creates a treatment protocol that is individualized, comfortable, and sustainable.

Tiffany’s treatment protocols include more than just acupuncture and massage, and we may ask a higher level of nutritional awareness from you, lifestyle adjustments, and, in many cases, exercises, supplemental reading, and the inclusion of herbal preparations.

Tiffany’s formal Chinese medicine education, (over 3200 hours) was completed at Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, California. Prior to her formal acupuncture education, she studied with a fertility expert, Dr. Angela Wu in San Francisco, learning abdominal organ massage (Chi Nei Tsang) in her busy fertility clinic. Tiffany earned her doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, the largest acupuncture school in the US. She has had continuing educational training with renowned Japanese Acupuncturists (Kiiko Matsumoto and Tsuyoshi Shimamura) for the last 8 years, and has been studying Ayurvedic herbs for the last 5 years.

When she isn’t helping patients or making herbal remedies, Tiffany enjoys rockhounding, gardening, and camping with her family, tending to her bees and chickens, and making jewelry.
